At Peacock Arms LLC, all sales are final.

Due to the nature of our products and federal/state regulations, we do not accept returns, offer refunds, or process exchanges.

Please review your order carefully before checkout. If you have questions about fitment, legality, or compatibility, contact us before placing your order.


❌ No Returns On:

  • Ammunition
  • Firearm parts & accessories
  • Custom or drop-shipped items
  • Opened or used items
  • Clearance or promotional items

📦 Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package is marked delivered by the carrier (USPS, UPS, etc.), Peacock Arms LLC is no longer responsible.

If your order says “delivered” but you don’t have it:

  • Check with neighbors or others in the household
  • Wait 1–2 business days (some carriers scan early)
  • Contact your local post office or carrier depot for GPS scan info

We will assist where possible, but we do not guarantee replacements or refunds for lost or stolen packages. Customers may file a claim with the carrier directly.


🧾 Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, email office@peacockarms.com within 3 days of delivery. Include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of item and packaging
  • Description of the issue

We’ll review each case individually and respond at our discretion.
