Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Some products may ship directly from our suppliers or warehouses and may take additional time.

You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order has shipped.

We ship within the continental U.S. using:

  • USPS
  • UPS
  • Other carrier partners (depending on vendor/dropshipper)

Shipping times depend on your location and chosen shipping method.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and based on:

  • Weight and size of items
  • Delivery address
  • Carrier service selected

We may offer flat-rate or free shipping promotions occasionally β€” check the banner or product pages for current deals.


🚫 Shipping Restrictions

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international locations at this time.

It is your responsibility to ensure any product ordered is legal to own in your state or city. We will cancel or refuse shipment of restricted items.


πŸ“­ Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once your order has been marked delivered by the carrier, Peacock Arms is no longer responsible for the package.

If you believe your package was lost or stolen:

  • Check your tracking number and local carrier office
  • Wait 1–2 business days (sometimes marked early)
  • Contact the shipping carrier to file a claim

We’ll assist when possible, but we do not offer refunds or replacements for lost packages.


❗ Incorrect Addresses

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide the correct shipping address at checkout.
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the package.
